Do you treat babies with eczema?
We do! Thankfully babies respond very well to Chinese herbal medicine treatment for their dermatologic problems. The sooner they are treated, the better the prognosis. Babies do not require oral herbal medicine. Their eczema can be treated with herbal (non-steroidal) topicals alone, often in the form in herbal baths, creams or emollients.
Can you order labs?
Yes, we can order and interpret your labs. If your primary care provider is refusing to order specific labs as is often the case, we are happy to help. We frequently order comprehensive hormone panels and food sensitivity panels.
Do you treat fertility challenges or offer IVF support?
Yes! We enjoy treating a variety of health conditions including fertility challenges. We absolutely love helping people through all stages of their fertility journeys. Unlike fertility clinics, we do not charge a premium on those eager to grow their family. We are happy to work with your other physicians and to support you every step of the way!
Do you accept insurance?
We are in network with United Health Care and other Optum plans such as Sutter Health and UMR.
I have a PPO. Can you provide me with a superbill so my insurance provider can reimburse me?
Absolutely! As a PPO member, you can see any provider you like. We will provide you with a superbill with all the information your insurance needs. We suggest calling your insurance provider’s member services telephone number and asking what your “out-of-network acupuncture benefits” are, so you know what you can expect from them in terms of reimbursement.
